Welcome to Bourne Fire/Rescue & Emergency Services

Bourne Fire / Rescue & Emergency Services proudly serves and protects the 20,256 residents and countless visitors to the town of Bourne annually.  Our Firefighters/Paramedics and Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technicians responded to 4,510 emergency calls for service in 2017.  These emergencies include fires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, hazardous materials incidents, water rescues, etc.

In addition to the emergency services we provide, we also provide many other non-emergency services ranging from child passenger safety seat inspections to public safety educational presentations in order to keep our community safe. We also conducted 544 fire safety inspections around town.  While some of these were requested, the vast majority are required inspections. Whatever the emergency, or when you don’t know who else to call for help, Bourne Fire / Rescue & Emergency Services is always there for you.

It is with great pride and purpose that the men and women of Bourne Fire/Rescue & Emergency Services dedicate themselves to providing the most effective and efficient response to any emergency in our community.

In the event of a fire or other emergency facing our citizens:
